The Designers Concierge Process is a detailed and collaborative service which allows designers to be creative while the logistics are in good hands.
Receiving Storage: To begin, we will present the best options to meet each client’s need based upon on value, location and environment requested.
Procurement Logistics: If the Design Team prefers, The Designers Concierge can source the pick up and delivery of any times using our trusted and time tested vendors.
Inspection, Inventory and Labeling Process: All goods received will be inspected, photographed and placed into our personalized inventory system. They will be labeled using the client, name of the piece and room destination to make the beginning process of the design install efficient. Once received, the designers will be notified. Each month, the designers will receive an update of all inventory received.
Designer Preview: All items are available with a few days’ notice, for the designers to preview prior to install. We will have movers on hand to unwrap, present and protect the pieces so they can once again be stored safely.
Design Install: Having received the plans from the Design Team early in the process, The Designers Concierge ensures that each piece is properly labeled with our color coded and QR coded system. This allows the movers to easily and efficiently identify the destination for each piece. The process is smooth and stress free for all parties involved, knowing The Designers Concierge is on your team.
