We can relocate you, work with your designer, inventory any new furniture, oversee your project's progress and unpack you into each and every closet and nightstand.  PHM Concierge is adept at scheduling and overseeing renovations and construction projects.  We are on site every day to ensure the work is progressing on time and catching any errors or issues that may arise.  We ensure the building management is aware and kept abreast of the schedule. Each day, we send a progress report with photographs and details.   With PHM Concierge managing your renovation, you will be able to rest easy at night, knowing we will be overseeing every detail of your project  as though it were our own.
